Community Service Day The conference is coordinating a community service day on Saturday October 27 for people wanting to help areas that are still in the process of recovering from hurricane Katrina. We will post more information when we get closer to the conference dates, but for now we have two opportunities available: Habitat for Humanity is helping people in hardest hit areas rebuild their homes and would welcome anyone wanting to participate. This event will run from approximately 7:30am until 3pm. Transportation and lunch will be provided.   New Orleans City Park needs volunteers to help replant trees and other plants lost during the hurricane. This is a good opportunity for attendees who want to help but cannot allocate a whole day. City Park is a short streetcar ride from the conference hotel, so you can set your own hours and come and go as needed.
